With dual master’s degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Leadership and more than five years of experience in education, I’ve built my career on empathy, organization, and clear communication.

After years of working in special education and program coordination, I’ve learned that success—whether in a classroom, clinic, or office—depends on one thing: meaningful human connection. I take pride in creating structure where there’s chaos, clarity where there’s confusion, and calm where there’s stress.

Before my teaching career, I founded and operated Administrative Support Group, a small business that provided virtual administrative, social media, and website management services to entrepreneurs and organizations. That experience sparked my love for helping others stay organized, manage their workloads, and deliver exceptional service.

Today, I combine those two worlds, the heart of an educator and the precision of an administrator, to provide reliable, people-centered support. Whether I’m coordinating schedules, managing communication, or streamlining systems, my goal is simple: to make life easier for the people I work with.

I’m known for my calm professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to doing things right the first time. I thrive in collaborative, mission-driven environments and enjoy roles that allow me to make a meaningful impact through organization, communication, and care.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring Montana’s beautiful outdoors with my husband, Andy, reading something inspiring, or brainstorming my next craft project idea with a good cup of coffee in hand.
